🌏Job context
Reporting to the ANC Business Development Director, the main role of the Regional Sales Manager is to be the Sales Representative in wide Europe and lead the sales coordination with other regions for the specific range of Yeast solutions.
The Regional Sales Manager will report their actions to each Area and align their global actions with their manager.
🎯What you’ll do
- Be in daily operational contact with our product Portfolio Managers to supports global sales coordination.
- Identify market evolution and our company positioning to help positioning Olmix towards its competitors in the market.
- Secure the volumes together with the research of a better value added for our yeast solution portfolio.
- Support sales colleagues with the market intelligence, coordinate where necessary the right place and positioning validated with market colleagues.
- Ensure commercial prospection to prepare new sales channel including a better final value added for customers and Olmix.
- Define its annual budget and challenge it with Marketing, in term of volumes and expected gross margins.
- Respect all procedures and registration processes in the numerous countries where we’ll sell our yeast solution range.
- Define the commercial strategy in coordination with the factories global production targets.
- Play a supportive communication role as ambassador of Olmix Group by developing the group’s presence.
📇 What you bring (hard skills, soft skills, level of education, experience, …)
âś… You have at least a degree in agriculture science or sales with proven experience in the Feed sector.
âś… You have at least 8 to 15 years of experience. An extensive knowledge of nutrition, production, stakes of the industry is required (in feed additives, petfood, premix, integrator or global feed mill).
âś… You must be able to work in a team environment with Technical and Sales professionals.
âś… You are known to be a strong analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
âś… You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
âś… You are ready to travel up to 30%-40% of your working time for some periods.
âś… You are fluent in English (other Latin language is a plus)
