🌏Job context
Reporting to the Sales Director – Feed, the main role of the Key Account Manager is to manage and develop key customer accounts in the Chinese market, ensuring sales growth and strong customer relationships. Duties include tasks related to key account management, sales execution, customer support, and market reporting.
🎯What you’ll do (missions)
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts through regular customer visits
Present and promote company products and services to customers
Receive and process customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Collect customer demand forecasts to support production planning
Follow up on customer payments in line with company policy
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market reports
Update sales activities in the Sales Force system
Support seminars, customer events, and translation for presentations when needed
Participate in internal training and support customer training activities
Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets
📇What you bring
âś… Strong knowledge in animal nutrition and feed additives
âś… Experience in feed industry, especially raw materials or aquaculture feed is a plus
âś… Good business and customer relationship management skills
âś… Good communication and organizational skills
âś… Self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset
âś… Proficient in computer skills and reporting tools
âś… University degree in Veterinary, Animal Science, or related field
âś… Minimum 10 years of experience in feed additive industry in China
📍Job location
Based in China (onsite)
Frequent travel required depending on business needs
