🌏Job context
The main role of the Administrative Assistant North LATAM is to ensure efficient administrative operations and provide support to management and the team across North LATAM activities. Duties include tasks related to administration, coordination, reporting, and operational support.
🎯What you’ll do (missions)
• Manage agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and expense requests for management and team members.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
• Follow up with distributors regarding accounts receivable.
• Ensure proper follow-up of expense reimbursements and payment processes.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office maintenance needs.
• Manage and process package shipments.
• Assist in the search and coordination of suppliers for company events.
• Follow up on leasing contracts and medical insurance documentation.
• Maintain updated information in internal sales and administrative platforms such as ADEL.
• Support HR-related activities and documentation follow-up.
• Respond promptly to administrative requirements and requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and internal partners.
